PC 790 PRECISION MULTI-USE FLUID SPRAY is a versatile; Hydrocarbon based penetrant, lubricant and corrosion inhibitor. Its unique viscosity allows it to cover more surface area and penetrate deep into the parting surface of all metals through rust and corrosion to release jammed nuts and bolts. It displaces moisture and leaves a thin, long-lasting film to protect surface against corrosion and erosion.

Penetrant –

Seeps through rust and corrosion to release jammed nuts and bolts.

Lubricant –

High quality of oils provides superior lubrication even under extreme pressure, resists wear.

Rust Protection –

Protects steel surfaces against salt corrosion and rust in humidity conditions.

Cleaner –

Cleans and degreases light soil from surface plates, chucks, wire and other machined or polished metal surfaces. Removes sticker glue & crayon marks

Displaces Moisture –

Non Conductive, Hydrophobic film Displaces moisture from applied area. Low surface tension allows creeping under water to provide a protective barrier between moisture and the metal surface

TYPICAL APPLICATION -

Rust and corrosion protection during storage of freshly machined components, bearings, dies and moulds, machine parts, drills, bits, chucks etc. Non-destructive disassembly of rusted/jammed assemblies such as nuts, bolts bushes, pipe joints etc.

Lubrication, cleaning, weather protection and noise reduction of locks, door hinges, chains, wire ropes and delicate mechanisms of automobiles, watch & clock, arms, gym equipment and similar equipment subject to atmospheric attack.
