Introduction:
Wrap Seal® ULTRA Quick Repair Kit for Active Pipe Leaksis a leak repair system that no shutdown required. It is applicable on any metal or non-metal pipes and used in
many industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, offshore, marine, etc.

Directions for Use:
1. Minimize the flow rate and reduce system pressure
2. Roughen the area to be repaired
3. Knead the Seal Stic®
4. Place the Seal Stic® away from the leak location
5. Start wrapping the SealXpert® Ultra Sealing Tape a few distances away from the leak location
6. Continue to wrap SealXpert® Ultra Sealing Tape onto pipe while pushing the Seal Stic® onto leak location
7. Immerse Wrap Seal® Fiberglass Tape into water
 
8. Wrap the Wrap Seal® Fiberglass Tape above the repair tape as tightly and evenly as possible, using the entire roll
9. Discard the plastic tube at the end of the roll
10. Wet gloves in water and quickly compress the
bubbling resins back into the fiberglass wrap until all
bubbling has stopped.
11. Repair completed with smooth and hard ivory

Underwater Epoxy Putty Stick is ideal for making emergency repairs in wet condition & underwater works. It’s cure rate is dependent upon the temperature of the water, just as it is affected by the air temperature in non-immersed applications. The lower the temperature the longer it takes to cure

Precision Aluminium Putty is a high performance Aluminium metal filled Epoxy Putty, When Resin & Hardener mixed together, It reacts quickly to produce tough & rigid bond for long lasting repairs of Aluminium as well as all types of Ferrous & Non - Ferrous metals, various other multiple surfaces, repairs or rebuild critical equipment and quickly return it to service, minimizing expensive downtime and reducing cost. It forms a high strength, long lasting bond that can be grinded, sanded, drilled, machined & painted after curing.

APPLICATION AREAS 

Precision Aluminium Epoxy Putty can be applied on all types of Metals, Plastics, PVC, Glass, Fiberglass, Wood, China clay, Ceramic, Concrete, Stone & Many more.    

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT 

Before application it is suggested to read the Safety Data Sheet for information about precautionary measures and safety recommendations. 

PRE-TREATMENT 

The surfaces must be dry and free of oil, grease and dust.   

APPLICATION

It is recommended to use Precision Aluminium Putty in a well-ventilated area. To improve adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces. Then clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded.
Mix resin and hardener in the ratio as stated above, until the mixture is uniform.  After mixing is complete, Apply Aluminium Putty and give smooth surface with moist fingers.

PRECISION STEEL PUTTY is a steel reinforced, two part epoxy that cures to a metal-like finish and can be machined, drilled, tapped or filed.

Recommended Applications:

·       Sealing cracked castings, tanks, vessels and valves

·       Patching nonstructural defects of auto parts

·       Better choice compared to conventional Epoxy putty as this product prevents bimetallic corrosion

·       Making models and jigs for holding odd shaped parts

·       Making metal dies

Direction of Use:

Surface Preparation

The surface should be free from oil, rust, dust, wax, grease, moisture. If surface is not cleaned, it affects the bonding of product to base substrate. Following methods of surface preparation are suggested.

·       Sand or shot blasting

·       Chipping out rust by scrappers, wire brush, emery paper

·       To remove oil & grease, use of cleaner/ conditioner is suggested. If sand blasting is not permitted, other mechanical means like wire brush, grinding, polish paper are required to be use

Direction of Use:

Proper surface preparation is important for the long term performance of the product.

The product performance and service life depends upon proper surface preparation and strict

adherence to instructions pertaining to application.

* Surface preparation should be done by roughening of the surface using portable grinder.

* Surface should be cleaned with cleaner so that it should be free from oil/ grease/rust and moisture.

Mixing:

* Resin and Hardener should be mixed thoroughly until a mixture of uniform colour is obtained.

* Be sure to mix along the sides and bottom.

Applications:

* Immediately after grit blasting / Grinding a thin layer of material should be rubbed onto the surface to wet for good adhesion (which acts like primer).

* Apply mixed material on the prepared surface by trowel or spatula. Ensure to consume the material (mixed) well before it becomes gel.
